We had lunch on a Wed and it was crowded. Now I know why. The food was amazing! We had the Hamburger steak with onions and gravy added mushrooms . Fried okra was perfect and fried whole. The fire roasted veggies were so good.
As always really good food. Mildly disappointed on this visit. Chicken tenders for 8.75 only came with 4 pieces and no sides. Added fried okra which is always great.
Enjoyed a nice Saturday lunch. Ordered the Wings and Ribs lunch plate with fried whole okra and baked beans. Wings were large and meaty. BBQ ribs were delicious. Nice large hushpuppie. Excellent server.
I got the huevos ranchero and this was the best breakfast i ever had.
Great little place to eat for lunch. The BBQ is very good. The cornbread is a musthave!!! And apple turnover is FINE
Best breakfast in Birmingham, hands down! Ive been coming here for 20 years and the food is incredible along with the great service. Best French toast Ive ever had also the crushed ice is one of my favorites too. If youve never been, GO!
